The order is accepted by means of a 20% deposit in our bank account which will be deducted in the final

price of the model. The remaining value will be paid when the model is finished jointly with the transport expenses.

          The cost of the shipping box and package is included in the model’s price.

          The price include VAT.

          We don’t have models for immediate delivery because they are handmade. The manufacture term is about 15

days. You may ask us how much time you will have to wait for your boat begin to be produced.

          Your order can be placed by  E-mail.

          To place your order you must indicate:

          - Name

          - Address

          - Contact ( Tel / Fax and E-mail )

          - Model chosen, version of finish and pretended changes.

          After this we will give you information about the account number where you should place the payment.

 

          Now it’s only follow the assembling of your boat and wait for the day of her delivery

How to order

Waranty

          The model yachts Portwind are so well built that we can offer a six months waranty.

          The garanty covers the break of materials by fault of manufacture since the boat is used in normal conditions.

          The electronics are covered by its manufacturers. Details about these warranties accompany the models.

          The Portwind warranty doesn't cover damages caused by bad usage, accident, changes and repairs wich were not

made following the instruction manual and the utilization of the model in salt water.

         Damages occured during transport are the client's responsability. Thus we advise the making of an insurance for

transport. Please consult us about prices.

          The post charges concerning accessories to be replaced are the client's responsability.
